Dilshad Hussain was born in the 'Brass City' of India, Moradabad, where brass craft was instilled from a young age. The journey from grasping the tools with a child's interest to turning the craft into his passion has been long, but his passion slowly but surely secured him reputable recognition. He has been duly rewarded for his diligence by winning several National, State, and Shilp Guru awards, and earlier this year, Mr. Hussain was awarded the Padma Shri for his splendid work.
